Easters’ this weekend and the kaizenprint team are taking a well deserved break this Monday and Tuesday. Fear not, normal service will resume on Wednesday with all online orders placed over the weekend going top of the queue for processing on our return.

Usually we like to do a little round up of what’s happening within the business throughout the year and at the end of Q1 (now) is just as good as time as any.

What’s happening in kaizen print?

We’re now in our 9th year of business and all areas of our company are showing great growth all across the island of Ireland and all over the UK. We’re delighted to say that all targets and goals we’ve set ourselves over the past 12 months have been hit. Our business has continued to grow and this has positioned us firmly as one of the leading printers in Belfast if not Ireland.

We’re working on a brand new kaizenprint.co.uk website which is due to launch in the coming months. We want to make it as easy as possible for all our customers to order online and this online-first approach will ensure efficiencies and savings within our business that can be passed on to you our customer.

GDPR

With the advent of GDPR we are asking all our customers to re-optin to our database. This will ensure they continue to be served with relevant and timely marketing and sales advice as well as being able to receive our calendars and other promo items we send out across the year. New team members

To ensure our customer service and production levels can match the demand increases we’ve obtained, we’re hiring new staff members in all printing and sales departments. It’s our intention to recruit the best print sales and production team members possible. Working alongside our already amazing team, we are looking forward to adding more of the right people to our business. Finally we’re streamlining our entire production facility and embracing a lean concept to ensure we are able to grow with our customers. From Just in Time inventories to ensuring the right equipment is utilised fully, we are taking a no nonsense approach to ensuring our business has the best opportunity for growth.
