Foamex

Starting with foamex, it is our most popular when it comes to our Rigid Media. Foamex is perfect for any internal long term marketing needs that you may have. We printed only the highest quality vinyl before it is then expertly applied to our 3mm foamex boards, meaning you’re getting great looking products that are also durable. The great thing about foamex is the fact that we can print and cut in a manner of different sizes ranging from the smallest at A4 all the way up to 8ft x 4ft, so we will always have a sizing for you. However, to really make it what you want, we are more than happy to offer you a contour cutting service, meaning whatever shape you might need, you can get!

Plastic Corrugated Board

The next type of rigid media that we offer is that of our Plastic Corrugated Boards. These are the perfect solution for any medium/temporary outdoor marketing material you need. They are slightly thicker than our foamex boards, coming in at 4mm instead of 3mm. This allows them to withstand any elements they may be subjected to, as well as being fluted which makes them waterproof. They are also similar to our foamex boards in that the sizing they come in is exactly the same, meaning there will be something for everyone.

Dibond Panels

Our final type of rigid media that we offer here at kaizenprint.co.uk is that of the Dibond Panels. These are perfect for long term, outdoor branding, for example shop front signs where you want to get the name of your establishment front and centre for everyone to see, while also keeping your costs low. Our Dibond panels are made up of two lightweight aluminium panels with a polyethylene centre. The great thing about these is that they are sure to last you, as due to the outdoor resistant inks that we use when printing, they are set to last 1-2 years. Dibond is also rust and crack proof, as well as being super strong, making it more than perfect for outdoor usage. We offer this product in sizes ranging from A4 to 8ft x 4ft, the same as both our foamex boards and plastic corrugated boards.
