They are waterproof and weather resistant for 1-2 years. At Kaizen we use only the highest grade mesh pvc and long lasting inks to ensure long lasting graphics in high definition. Using state of the art printing and finishing equipment we can print your mesh banner to any size imaginable and finish it with your choice of hemming & eyelet or pockets.

For banners over 1.3m in width, we heat-seal the prints together to meet any size requirement. Your Mesh Banner could be printed to the size of a building if your heart desires.

Next Day Banner Printing

As we print and finish our mesh banners in-house, we can provide a super fast turn around on almost all orders.The majority of orders are ready within 48 hours, but for those in a real hurry we can complete orders in much less time. There’s a little additional charge for expediting orders, but rest assured if we say we’ll meet a deadline, we will do everything possible to do so.

Mesh Banner Printing For Business

Mesh banners are perfect for environments where wind is prevalent. We recommend they are used over standard PVC banners as the micro holes within them allow wind to travel through and prevent what is known as “Sailing”. This reduces the potential for damage to your buildings, fences or worse, your customers. Nothing is perfect however and it’s up to you to assess which banner is suitable for your business.

Outdoor Banner

Our outdoor banners are printed onto wind resistant mesh material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. We print at 300dpi which gives high definition printing, however as these banners are generally to be viewed from afar, we’re happy to accept 150dpi designs for printing. All our mesh banners are finished as standard with hemming and eyelits. This makes them suitable for affixing to almost any railing or building. We can provide an array of other finishing options, so if you have a bespoke request, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our sales team. Our post-production finishers can accommodate almost any request.
