Table Plans

If you plan to frame your table plan, then the poster option is best. Measure the inside border of the frame to give us the exact size we need to print your poster. If the sizing doesn’t match those presented above, this is absolutely no issue. Drop us an email and we’ll confirm the closest size and cost of your table plan. Some brides plan to place their wedding table plan on an easel. If this is the case for your wedding, we recommend the mounted option as this will allow it to stand when rested against an easel or wall.

Last Minute Printing

We understand that your guests are unpredictable. Some will cancel last minute and others will be looking to change their positions. Trust us when we say we’ve seen it all before. It’s because we really have. We know that things will change right up until the last minute and this is why we offer a 2 day lead time on all our Table Plans. However, if it really does run to the last minute get in touch as we can usually turn this product around a little quicker when notice is given.

Wedding Table Plans are a focal point at any wedding. Usually featured at the entrance to the meeting Area or within the dining room, many guests make a be-line for the table plan to see where they are sitting. As standard, each of the guests at each table is listed below a table number. These tables are and then positioned around the room for the guests to find and be seated.

We offer a variety of sizes for table plan printing, with a2, a1 and a0 being the most common for many brides across Belfast. Make sure your table plan design is clear and follows a particular format so the guest can quickly and easily find their designated seats. We offer two main types of table plan printing, the first and possibly our most popular is the poster style table plan. Printed on a 160GSM Matt coated paper. This high-quality bright white paper stock is used exclusively for all our wedding table plans printed, as it provides excellent colour replication and fine text printing which is perfect for small font sizes like those presented on a table plan.

The other main option we provide is that of a mounted table plan. Again in common sizes such as a2, a1 and a0, these table plans are extremely popular and provide a whole new opportunity for presenting a seating plan to your guests. Printed on your choice of gloss or matt vinyl, the print is applied to a 3mm foamex panel, which provides a rigid high quality finished product.
