Local social enterprise, Bluebell Cards got in touch with us recently when they needed a new roller banner for their Christmas stall at the Kennedy Centre, Belfast. If you are not familiar with Bluebell Cards, they sell bespoke hand-crafted cards, designed and created by adults with learning difficulties.
Last weekend the volunteers spent the day at the shopping centre selling their Christmas Cards and we’re delighted to inform you that all cards sold out before the days’ end. If you weren’t quick enough to get your cards, do not worry at all. The team at Bluebell create bespoke cards all year round and for all manner of events including: birthday, engagement, anniversary, new baby, new home, thank you, congratulations, good luck, get well soon, sorry you’re leaving, christening, confirmation and many more. To get in touch with them you can add them on facebook.
Fundraising by selling Christmas cards
Christmas cards are a brilliant opportunity for charities, community groups, schools and all types of social enterprises to fundraise during the festive season. Christmas cards are a personal choice and it’s extremely common that the cards being sent are meaningful. This certainly lends itself well to raising funds by selling Christmas cards to members of your group.
