Your prices are very cheap in comparison to traditional printers. Are we compromising on quality?
Not at all. Unlike traditional printers we use an extremely efficient printing model gaining economies of scale and ultimately reduced prices, which we pass on to you. You can thank us later!

When will my print arrive?

On every product page we give you a guaranteed delivery timeframe. It ranges from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the product. In a hurry? We are sometimes able to despatch on the same working day, contact our customer services team for this service.

Delivery schedules are from the signing off of artwork on your account to despatch from our production centre. Delays in signing off your artwork, will result in delays in delivery.

Can you make sure the colours match my previous print?

We utilise state of the art technology to ensure your colours are represented as accurately as possible on our £1.5 million printing press. However, this may mean your order may not be reproduced exactly as it was previously. In our opinion, and hopefully yours, it'll look better!

Can you help me with design?

Of course we can. We have a team of the most talented designers each with their own skills and experiences, ready to help you with the creative stuff. Over 80% of the world's printed materials are Marketing materials, and this is our forte. From concept, to writing the copy, layout and sourcing photography, let us look after you.

I'm a designer myself, can I submit my own artwork?

No problem whatsoever. All we ask is that you read through our Print Submit Guidelines before you start. As you probably guessed, our print process is a little different from other suppliers. Not harder, just different. You can download our print templates here.

How do I order?

1) Find the right products for your needs
2) Choose your options and quantity
3) Sign in to your account
4) Pay for your order
5) Either email the design brief with your order number or
6) Upload the artwork (with the file saved as follows: SURNAME_ORDERNUMBER)
7) Sign off the artwork in your personal account area
8) Your print will be delivered in the specified timeframe

Can I collect print from your office?

One of the main benefits of being a real printer in Belfast, is that we have a physical office for you to come, have a chat, look at samples and pick up your prints. You're always welcome to drop into our head office at 56 Lisburn Road, Belfast and have a chat about your print or design.
