For the past few weeks, I have had the pleasure of sampling the finest delights that Las Vegas has to offer. Now I'd like to say this was purely a business trip, but unfortunately not. But it did throw up some amazing marketing and business tips I'm bringing back to Belfast! Actually there're really only one thing want to discuss and that's customer service. Although inherently fake in their nature, we rarely receive the levels of customer service at home, that was given during our trip to the USA. I welcome this warmly! Staff knowledgable about products, with the ability to make recommendations based on your needs and wants. Wouldn't it be great if it was like this all the time? The answer is yes, yes it would! Give the service you would like to receive and make sure everyone in the business is doing the same. This will undoubtedly increase repeat business and aide in customer retention.
