Understanding how you sell is important, as it allows you to understand the way you sell and if there is anything you can do better. Personally I’m a fan of the non-sales approach. I’d rather be the right person, at the right time, when a client needs us. However this isn’t the normal way to sell and depending on the business area, a little more direction is required.
