People Plus NI, a leading employment support and training services company, sought creative services to help launch a campaign for school leavers. The turnaround was tight and their established brand guidelines thorough. We got to work digesting their brand bible and sourcing suitable photography styles to relate to the specific age group and target market in mind. We proposed to bring a freshness to the brand palette expanding on the corporate red to really grab attention the road side banners, introducing the yellow. We carefully selected 3 images that set the right tone so that the campaign would have variance in the outputs of flyers, posters and PVC banner. It was important that their styling, lighting and mood married to form a considered suite. 

A brand hierarchy was established to allow the funders to be represented and recognised alongside the provider People Plus NI. Mono white out versions were used to give equal weighting to the supporting bodies.

The outcome was a contemporary campaign that follows brand guidelines and was a marked step forward from previous campaigns, relating to the target market and driving enquiries to the contact number and website, as a method of getting onboard with the attractive recruitment and training opportunities that People Plus NI have to offer.
