Customers who have not ordered within six months, or no contact has been made by your team, can be considered no longer customers. This is a harsh reality, however at this period the chances are you will no longer be forefront of their mind, and so it is your duty to make sure all customers contacted within this period. You’ll find that reactivating and engaging them which will lead to more sales.
