Depending on how your customers come across your business, they will understand your offerings from different perspectives. Not everyone will know all your company produces and what you sell. It’s your role to ensure you educate customers on other business areas you engage in. A casual mention or a showcase of other work you do will definitely engage them and help them understand your business further.
