The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for both an inbound and outbound team of Sales Advisors. The Manager is responsible for achieving sales growth objectives through coaching, initiative development and execution. The Manager will work onsite to ensure the team are operating at peak performance and in line with strategic objectives.

  • Direct oversight of inbound and outbound team.
  • Development of proactive, outbound selling initiatives aimed at taking competitive market share, promoting new products and growing business in existing accounts.  
  • Deliver ongoing feedback to team members on all aspects of the sales process, including customer engagement, outreach volume and methodology, qualification processes, product positioning, customising solutions to meet customer needs, negotiation and closing strategies.  
  • Reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly team activities and metrics to Directors. These should include customer connectivity levels through all means (phone, email, Social Media, website etc…). Coach all team members to extend and expand their customer connectivity.
  • Achieving own sales target within the team to meet company goals.
  • Design and run team incentives to encourage performance and growth.
  • Proactive problem solving and team building success.
  • Act as a positive role model whilst providing firm leadership and direction to enable and ensure the sales teams achieve target and goals.
  • 3 years plus in managing sales teams / selling experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering targets by a team.
  • Positive attitude with a capability to converse confidently with key decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, distill and reinforce product messaging and business process details to colleagues and subordinates.
  • Effective managerial and coaching skills applicable across a team with varying levels of selling and professional experience.
  • Understanding of CRM database utility in order to facilitate customer contact, sales campaigns and territory forecasting.
  • Candidate must have exceptional written, verbal and organisational skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT). 
  • Full clean driving license.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast evolving printer in Belfast and to help us grow further. We will be looking for a candidate who has a high level of customer service, with a friendly personality to maintain the reputation Kaizen Print holds. It’s all about working together as a team – it’s our client’s that are the heart of our business.

Full Time Role: 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday (flexibility during busy periods required)

Full clean UK driving license held for at least a year.

A good understanding and experience in handling customers and good communication skills are also important as is being able to work in a small team and be flexible to take on other people’s roles on occasional basis in the print finishing team. This may include guillotine operation folding & creasing, lamenting, wire binding, booklet making, drilling, padding, gluing, delivering. This role, by it’s nature, will include manual handling of orders, you will be expected to contribute to the safe working environment.

The position is for the month of July, but may be extended.
