1) What are your quality control measures?
All of our door to door marketing staff are above the age of 30 and are of mature character and nature. We also have an unmarked vehicle that drives around each area that is being targeted to keep an eye on the distributors and to make sure they are actually working. The Distributors do not know the person driving enabling us to keep a close eye. We will also select a number of homes / businesses at random within the targeted area on the following Day / Evening to see if they have received the marketing material. Our staff understand this and they do not get paid until all checks are carried out and up to a high standard.
2) Do you have any location tracking measures?
We will provide you firstly with a breakdown of the areas you want to target showing the total amount of residences within these areas. We will then tailor these areas to your needs showing what streets etc by form of a highlighed map. On finishing each day we will send you a report to what areas have been covered and for any reason what has been left out.
3) What times during the day & when during the week, will my mailer go out?
Our door to door marketing staff usually start distributing at around 8am in the morning and work to around 4pm. This will be from Monday to Friday.
4) How many other flyers would be going out with ours - if any?
Depending on the area, it may just be your flyers that go out, though generally there are no more than 3 flyers that go out at any one time. This reduces the possibility of your item being overlooked.
5)Who do you deliver to?
We will work with yourselves as far as who you want to target, if you would like shops within the targeted area covered we can do so, though if you would like these ommited this is no problem. The areas covered within small towns / villages will be any residential / business up to the National speed limit signs leaving said town / village as it is not viable for our staff to walk down country roads that may have great distances between each house.
6) What is the minimum delivery amount and how much does this cost?
As a general rule of thumb, 1,000 leaflets per specific area is a minimum amount. An average distribution would consist of 5,000-10,000 leaflets within an area.
