Unless you are first to market with a brand-new product, it may be hard to identify your unique selling point. However, understanding this is one of the most critical components to increasing your sales capacity. Focusing on strengths and attacking your weaknesses will ensure you quickly come to realise your USP. For some their USP is customer service, others the ability to identify new markets. Some even list the technological make-up of the business as the USP. When many businesses in different industries have the same selling points, none are ever exactly the same.
