When social media works, it works!

Over the past few years, we have had the pleasure of helping consumers fall in love with brands and businesses through social media. This love affair happens at every stage of business and how we engage customers puts your brand in a prime position to build relationships that last.

Through the use of social networks such as Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn, we have enabled businesses worldwide with the opportunity to engage and monetise their customers in an easy to use and manage manner.

We help you build campaigns, such as contests, prize draws, quizzes all of which can build an audience that can be further marketed to or indeed if they allow, their details can populate further email marketing campaigns throughout the marketing calendar.

This case study below showcases the power a small campaign can have on a brand not previously using social media to its fullest. From the social statistics below you can see that the engagement from their fans has been minimal prior to the launch of our online campaign. We began with a little teaser on the 4th April, introducing the fact that a competition would take place very shortly. Launched on the morning of the 5th April, you can see how the competition gains momentum across Facebook. As of last night, the total number of likes for this particular brand had doubled and the engagement of fans across the week previously is over 37,500. Entries to the competition itself have reached 1000 and show no sign of stopping.

This is a very healthy Facebook yet simple marketing campaign. Get in touch to discuss how we can help your brand grow online.

Customers: Making Business Worthwhile!

16th April 2012 : 4:19PM Posted by Connor mc Auley

When a customer goes out of their way to say something nice about your service and products, it makes it all worthwhile. To round off our Monday afternoon, one of our now favourite customers and brand advocate put this up on Facebook after receiving his business card order. We are truly chuffed to bits. Thanks so much for the kind words Ronan and we wish you every success with Nexus Photo

Our New Biggest Fan

20th January 2012 : 7:46AM Posted by Connor mc Auley

Image

Last night, one of our clients Pixie, from the Whistle Bait Babies, posted a picture of her pet rabbit Alfie to our Facebook page.

Even if Alfie is destroying one or many, of our beautifully designed & printed flyers, the purpose of this post, is to show how customer interaction on Facebook can really have an affect on your business.

Do your customers feel comfortable with posting on your Facebook page?
Do they interact with you and ask questions about your products and services?
and finally….
When you do your job right, do they get onto your wall and tell everyone about it?

The answers to these questions will help you decide whether or not, you as a business are using Facebook to its full potential, or whether you are "just on Facebook".

We're always happy to discuss Social Media with clients, so if you ever want to discuss anything Facebook or Twitter related, call us on 028 9002 2474 or pop into the office.

Social Media Marketing: Denon 100

4th September 2010 : 1:05PM Posted by Connor mc Auley

As we fast approach our 1st business birthday, it s shocking how much we’ve grown... At the grand old age of one, we have achieved so much. From printing out millionth flyer earlier this year, to making serious headway within the corporate and multi-national business sectors, the advertising and online marketing side of Kaizen is now steady on its feet and cutting teeth... I think we’re almost out of nappies now too...

This week, we launched our first truly international campaign. A momentous occasion for us, as everyone knows what serious hifi geeks we are!

Denon the worldwide high end audiovisual brand are celebrating their 100th Year anniversary. They have tasked us with launching a social media campaign & generating online awareness throughout the course of the year. This is no doubt a great opportunity to showcase our talents and we can’t wait.

Yes we have been very very busy - and no we havent considered any external marketing, but our social media services are not presented in a scattered approach, but tailored to the customers we know it will work for and have the confidence in us to provide such a service.

Our referrals online are the testament to social media work we undertake and furthermore a great opportunity to showcase that social media does work for small local businesses and international ones alike.

As part of the campaign we have launched the Denon 100 Facebook Fan Page & also the Denon 100 microsite and will be promoting these extensively over the next year.

Have a look, become a fan and enter for your chance to win a DM38 Microsystem and some fabulous noise canceling headphones.

If you are interested in finding out how social media can help your business, please give us a call on 028 9002 2474
