
At Kaizen we love great brands and strong tea. So when we got the chance to work with the strong brand and great tea company - Suki Tea, we were over the moon.
Over the past few weeks, we have helped with promotional materials ranging from posters, flyers & signage, but today we launch their fantastic Facebook fan page app - The Suki Tea "Tea of the Month". You can visit it here -

Last week, we were faced with the almighty task of printing 34 roll up banners for the Department for Employment and Learning. Thankfully we're more than equipped for such a task and a few days later all banners were ready for delivery.

At Kaizen Print, we like nothing better than a roll up banner. Honestly, they are one of the most cost effective indoor marketing options a business can use to make a big impact. Last week the Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin asked us to design and print a few of these for an important event.
The attached designs were based on previous artwork, with a touch of Kaizen - Belfast flair! They were designed, printed and shipped to Derry within a few days. The special event was in Chicago no less

At Kaizen we take our responsibility to the community around us, extremely seriously. In 2010, we gifted over £5,000 of print and design time to local Northern Ireland charities.
In addition to this financial assistance, we endeavour to nourish design talent and have taken on work placements from local colleges.

Sometimes things do go wrong. It's inevitable! But when it does, we're here to help. Depending on the product, we can print overnight and have your order ready for collection at 5pm the following day.

Keeping to standard paper sizes, reduces wastage and keeps prices at a minimum. We'll always advise you on the best size of print for your needs, however our most common print sizes are A3 for Posters, A4 for Letterheads, A5 for Flyers and A6 for postcards.
The diagram below shows how each paper size relates to the next. As you can see, each is proportionate to the next. A3 is twice the size of A4, which is double the size of A5 etc.

Our turnaround times start when your order is sent to the printing press. For us this means:
1) When "print ready*" artwork is provided
2) Payment has been confirmed
3) Orders after 1pm are counted as following day
We'll always try and advise print timeframes for your deadlines. If we need to hurry things along, we may be able to provide an express printing service (on some products). Because we work to an extremely efficient printing system, speeding up your order means we will incur additional costs. This can reduce your turnaround to 2 days in most instances, but there will be a premium charge for this service.
If you really really need your order tomorrow, it may be suitable in some instances to Digitally print your order & where possible we can print your order in 24 hours (sometimes same day). It will be ready for collection at our offices the following day. Contact us for our digital prices.
Most common sources of artwork delays
- Missing fonts.
- Wrongly sized artwork
- 72dpi or other low resolution artwork (files must be at least 300dpi!)
- Artwork with no bleed or the improperly sized bleeds (3mm on each side)
- Artwork with text or design elements placed too close to the trim line.
